Edward R. Robusto, President of Five Diamond Screening, appointed to a seat on the very prestigious Advisory Board for University of Nevada, Las Vegas Customer Experience Program.
Mr. Robusto is a lifelong learner, having an BA in Behavioral Sciences, and holding three (3) Master’s Degrees, two in Education and one in Organizational Leadership. He has previously taught at the graduate and undergraduate level, both traditionally and in the on-line format, teaching, mentoring and guiding students through course study graduation and moving into their professional lives.
The advisory board is a one-year appointment that enables Mr. Robusto to:
- Participate in curriculum development and oversight
- Provide feedback on the program’s effectiveness
- Participate as a speaker, mentor, or panelist
About the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Customer Experience Program:
The Customer Experience (CX) Certificate Program guides students through customer experience best practices, project methodologies, practical customer service techniques, and strategy formulation. These techniques can be applied to students’ own businesses or in their places of employment.
Graduates of the UNLV Customer Experience Program program will be positioned to help guide their company towards becoming a customer experience leading company. Individuals or work teams who are ready to put customers at the center of their business will gain an actionable plan to put into place.
